Generation 11 details

• Voting on Generation 11 Artwork will live on Snapshot soon
  • See channel #voting-booth on Discord for when vote goes live
  • Vote will last for one week
  • First vote will be to approve or deny the theme and concept art for Generation 11
    • If approve, Gen11 will release in Late July (confirmed with PROPs)
    • If approve, follow-up vote will be for mint supply and mint strategy
    • If deny, Gen11 will go back to drawing board for new theme
  • Let people vote in peace. You’re welcome to discuss, but don’t antagonize your fellow Habibis.

Proposed theme: STEALTH

Palette: Stealth Black, Microsoft-Error-Screen Blue, Silver, Diamond, White

Aesthetic: Hyper-minimalism. Carbon. Smooth Texture. No Clay. Realistic Lighting.

Supply: Unknown. No more than 200.

Discussion: Minting Method

• We are in the process of determining the best path forward for how to mint Generation 11
• Possible methods:
  • Method 1: Add 100 Public Passes to the supply, and sell to public/habibis → Add 100 new Generation 11 avatars to the mint pool
    • Pro: Easy + fun mechanic that allows old passes to retain value
    • Con: Gen1-11 are all mixed together in mint pool. Someone who wants Gen11 could still get an older gen if they are all mixed together.
      • Gen11 could be “frontloaded” in the mint pool, but that prolongs the inevitable.
    • Con: Old mint passes’ supply is inflated
  • Method 1.5: Community Wallet “mints out” current passes, leaving approx. 42 mint passes in the wild. Gen1-10 would be permanently removed from the mint pool. Then subtract 100 (Gen11 supply size) from 42 = 58. Then add 58 new public passes to Mint Pass Contract.
  • Method 2: Create new Generation 11 mint pass contract → Retire old mint pass contract → All remaining Gen1-10 Avatars are lost
    • Pro: We move straight to Gen11
    • Con: Old mint passes are retired, Gen1-10 is lost.
    • Pro-Con: We add a new contract for Mint Passes?

Discussion: Distribution

• In this bear market, I want to see as many Habibis in a happy home as possible. So my priority is to make awesome Habibis, and mint out!
  • Method 1: Full Priority to currently holders.
    • Supply = <100 Gen 11 Tokens
    • Mintlist = Prioritize holders with most tokens, then work our way down (most likely, all holders will have a chance)
    • Remaining supply goes to public sale
  • Method 2: Pre-order method
    • Supply = floating
    • Avatar contract would need to be paused briefly. Allow for anyone to mint however many passes they want (200 total, max).
    • Close minting after 1 day.
    • Upload the # of sold tokens to the avatar pool, then unpause the contract and allow avatars to be minted.
